The summer’s hot pick for fresh feet

This summer I want sandals, sandals and mooooooore sandals ! Something to keep my toes happy and fresh, not suffocating away in the heat (however, I’ll grant you that we’ve seen more of what appears to be a month of Autumn). Nevermind, if the sun won’t come to me, I can be sure that my sandals will make me feel summery and bubbly until I finally fly off to the Caribbean for my fair share of sea, sun and se…. erm, seasonal entertainment. What sandals for which black dress ?

Fresh feet in summer heat !

For a day spent chasing after crabs at the beach, I need entirely waterproof sandals that will keep me from slipping off the rocks. Erm.. I’m thinking of these black Tosca Blu PVC open flats,  with their cute little marine ring on the top for a true marine feel. Now off to conquer the seas without scratching my feet !

I can’t imagine what a holiday by the beach without doing the good tourist markets would be like. Of course you see the same things every year and are surounded by children brandishing spades and sand-castle making equipment as proud as can be, but you know you just have to do them. I need something comfy however, so I know I can rely on these pink Red Valentino leather sandals, worn with a long black dress (such as this Anne Valérie Hash). And of course, I’ve brought both pairs,the black pair too, just in case (makes the hubby go nuts, but how do men travel so lightly?).

No beach holiday without endless days of guilt-free laziness, hours of sunny idleness. I love my leather Tosca Blu flip-flops with their rhinestone straps. I need a perfect pedicure to complete the glam of course, so I’ve also brought along this cute little nail kit.

The girls have joined me for a night of madness… Luckily i rememebered to bring my silver leather Michael Kors; Sexy will my legs be with those extra inches ! In fact, I’ll acentuate their length and show off my new tan in this asymmetrical black Azzaro dress with its bow on one shoulder and gorgeous and girly Swarovski button-down side. To-die-for. Right, and this time, I’ll try to keep the bubbly until after 11pm, at least (so she says…).
